The Dr. Tommy Foster Male Student-Athlete of the Year was awarded to men's basketball senior Carter Jones. Jones averaged 12.1 points and 7.7 rebounds a game while earning USA South All-Conference Honorable Mention honors. The four-time USA South Academic All-Conference selection has a cumulative 3.59 GPA and has had a number of leadership positions on campus while serving as a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program for four years.
