Women's tennis freshman Paula Ryhsen named the USA South Conference's Rookie of the Week on March 8 the native of Dusseldorf, Germany, posted a singles and doubles victory over opponents from Virginia Wesleyan University in Averett's only match te previous week. In singles, the victory came at the No. 4 position while the doubles win was with sophomore Alejandra Garcia at the No. 3 spot.
