Baseball sophomore Nolan Maccabe tied the Averett single-game record with four steals after going 4-for-4 on attempts in the April 16 game in which the Cougars also tied the program single-game record as a team with nine stolen bases. Over the three-game series against Mary Baldwin University, Maccabe hit .313 and swiped seven bases in as many attempts.
