Women's tennis freshman Maxence Lippens was named the USA South Conference's Rookie of the Week on Feb. 28. A native of Gent, Belgium, Lippens earned singles and doubles wins, both at the No. 1 position, against Randolph College in the team's only match so far this spring. In doubles, she teamed with Megan Lombardt to collect the 8-1 victory. In singles, she won 6-1, 6-0.
