Softball junior right-hander Taylor Sullivan was named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference's Pitcher of the Week on Feb. 20. Sullivan, a pitcher from Timberlake, North Carolina, struck out 10 batters in only four innings of action in Averett's season-opening win over Salem College in a doubleheader sweep of the Spirits. Sullivan allowed just three hits while earning the win in the circle.
