Football freshman cornerback Joziah Campbell, a native of Dumfries, Virginia, recorded his first two career interceptions against Greensboro at key moments. His first pick in the third quarter led to Averett’s scoring the tying touchdown, then his second pick deep in Pride territory led to the go-ahead score moments later.
