The Averett University tennis courts are located on the university’s main campus. The courts are on Surry Lane between Mountain View Avenue and Woodland Drive. The site consists of six tennis courts that are accompanied by a hillside seating area that allows spectators to watch multiple matches. All of the Cougars’ home matches take place at the Averett Tennis Courts.

Averett has made future plans to build the state-of-the-art Vesa Hiltunen Tennis Complex on the university’s North Campus.
