Owen-Fulton Field is home to the Averett University baseball team. Located on the school's North Campus, Owen-Fulton Field serves as the Cougars' own 2.75-acre ballpark and practice facility. The natural grass field is a pitcher's park, with dimensions of 335 feet down the lines, 380 feet to the gaps and 400 feet to center field. The field features home and visitor dugouts, an indoor batting facility, two outdoor batting cages and a press box as well as bleacher and hillside seating. Before the 2012 season, Owen-Fulton Field received several upgrades. A state-of-the-art LCD inning-by-inning scoreboard was installed in right-center field, and the outfield fence was fitted with a navy blue windscreen with yellow piping. In 2014, In addition to the field, the Frank Fulton Indoor Batting Facility is located just beyond center field. The indoor facility features two batting cages, one short cage and two pitching mounds.

Built in 1998, Owen-Fulton Field is named in honor of C.B. "Bunny" Owen, Russell Owen, Stokely Fulton and Frank Fulton. The field was made possible through the generosity of Claude and Lamar Owen.

In 2013, Owen-Fulton Field was named one of 82 national winners of Pioneer's 2013 Fields of Excellence awards. It earned Field of Excellence distinction again in 2015.
