The Averett volleyball team hosts a USA South Conference quad match on Friday at the Grant Center. Averett faces Covenant College at 1 p.m. and Maryville College at 7 p.m. In between, Ferrum College takes on Maryville at 3 p.m. and Covenant at 5 p.m.

Prior to Averett's 7 p.m. match, former Cougar Allison Sparks will be presented the 2014 Don Scalf Award as the USA South's female student-athlete of the year.
