The Averett University women's basketball team will face off with Messiah College Friday at 5:30 p.m. on the first day of Marymount University's Pablo Coto Tip-Off in Arlington, Virginia.

Averett (2-0) is undefeated after beating Roanoke College 76-72 last Sunday. Messiah (1-1) defeated Lehman College 67-49 in its last outing, and the Falcons are currently receiving votes in the USA Today Division III Coaches Poll.
