The Averett University men's basketball team travels to play conference rival Greensboro College at 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

The game was originally scheduled for 5:30 p.m. but was moved up to 3 p.m. due to the weather forecast.

Averett (15-8, 9-3 USA South) is coming off an 81-62 win over N.C. Wesleyan College on Sunday. With a win at Greensboro and a win over William Peace University on Friday, the Cougars would secure the USA South Conference regular season title and the No. 1 seed in next week's tournament.
