The Averett University women's soccer team, which is the No. 5 seed in the East Division, will play at East No. 4 seed N.C. Wesleyan College Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the opening round of the USA South Conference Tournament.

Averett (9-9, 7-7 USA South) dropped both contests with N.C. Wesleyan (10-5-2, 9-4-1 USA South) this season, falling 1-0 in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and 4-0 in Danville. The winner of Wednesday's first round matchup will face East No. 1 seed Meredith College on Saturday.
