The Averett University women's soccer team, which is the No. 5 seed in the East Division, will play at East No. 1 seed Meredith College Saturday at 3 p.m. in the quarterfinals of the USA South Conference Tournament.

Averett (10-9), which knocked off East No. 4 seed N.C. Wesleyan College on Wednesday to advance in the tournament, split its regular season meetings with Meredith (11-5). The Cougars won 3-2 in Danville before falling at Meredith 2-1. The winner will advance to next week's semifinals.
