The Averett University women's basketball team hosts the two-day East-West Classic, beginning on Sunday. Averett will face Maryville College at 3 p.m. in the Grant Center. The event, which features four USA South Conference schools (two from each division), tips off with Ferrum College facing Piedmont College at 1 p.m.
