The Averett University baseball team travels to non-conference foe Bridgewater College for a 4 p.m. game on Wednesday.

Averett (6-21) is coming off a doubleheader split on Saturday with Greensboro College, while Bridgewater (10-13) lost to Washington and Lee University on Tuesday. The Eagles edged the Cougars 10-7 earlier this season in Danville.
