The Series: Averett has won each of the three meetings between the Cougars and the Battling Bishops. The most recent contest came a year ago when Averett overpowered N.C. Wesleyan at home, 17-2. Sophomore Elizabeth Peasley led the Cougars with six goals while sophomore Gabbie Porter chipped in four of her own. 
Averett at a Glance: Averett won at Greensboro College on Saturday, 18-6. Peasley had five goals to bring her single season total to 74 which breaks the school record that she set as a freshman when the attacker tallied 72 goals. Freshman Courtney DeLone had four goals against Greensboro while sophomore Breanna Sawall made 10 saves in net. 
N.C. Wesleyan at a Glance: The Battling Bishops come into Tuesday's match on a two-game losing streak after falling to Methodist University on Saturday, 21-6.
