The Series: Averett had its first-ever meeting with the Knights last season, earning a 27-17 win at home.
Averett at a Glance: The Cougars enter the day 3-6 in duals on the season. Averett is coming off a sixth-place finish at the Virginia Duals on Jan. 10-11, going 1-3 on the weekend. This week, juniors Sam Braswell and Brandon Woody earned top-10 rankings in the third consecutive d3wrestle.com poll on Tuesday, with Braswell moving up to fifth at 125 pounds and Woody ranking eighth at 141 pounds.
Saint Andrews at a Glance: The Knights are currently 1-4 on the season in dual competition. They are coming off their first win of the season on Jan. 10 against Truett-McConnell College.
