The Series: This is the first meeting between the two programs.
Averett at a Glance: The Cougars are coming off a 3-1 win over Randolph College on the road who will soon be an every year match up once the Cougars move to the ODAC. This was the Cougars first win since the 3-0 season opening win over Ferrum after dropping a loss to Carroll University and finding a draw with Piedmont College.
Bob Jones at a Glance: The Bruins have rattled off four wins in a row which included a 3-1 win over USA South competition Mary Baldwin University. Their one loss on the year so far came to Meredith College 1-0 who Averett will also see in USA South action.
