The Series: Averett is 7-14 all-time against Ferrum. Averett has won four of the last six matchups but the Panthers won last season's meeting 31-24 at Ferrum in a non-conference matchup. Averett is 5-12 all-time against Ferrum as conference foes, dating back to their days in the USA South Conference together. This will be their first meeting as opponents in the ODAC with Averett joining the league this year.  
Averett at a Glance: Averett plays its final game of 2022 when the Cougars travel to play old foe Ferrum College on Saturday. The Cougars are looking to end a six-game skid while earning their first win as a member of the ODAC.
