DANVILLE, Va. - The Averett University women's basketball team fell at home to Guilford College 68-52 on Wednesday night.
Averett's (4-17, 2-12 ODAC) 27-point fourth quarter wasn't enough to take back the lead over Guilford (18-3, 11-3 ODAC). The Cougars would go on a 15-point scoring run in the fourth quarter led by freshmen

Prosper scored a team-high 18 points, Ray netted three three-pointers for nine points while Evans also scored nine points. Junior
