The Series: Averett leads the all-time series 3-0 against Gallaudet. However, the two schools haven't met since 2002. The Cougars and Bison faced off in 2000, 2001 and 2002 during Averett's first three seasons of football as a program. Averett won 43-0 in the most recent matchup on Sept. 7, 2002, in Danville.
