Blake Moore joined the Averett University football program as its director of football operations in July 2021.
Moore served as a student assistant with the Washington State University football program from 2017-19 on a staff that went to three consecutive bowl games and set the program's single-season win record with an 11-2 mark. He also gained experience working with Sports Info Solutions as a football video scout, entering data for NFL and NCAA football games and evaluating college athletes through the organization's "Scout School." He also gained operations experience with the Spokane Indians baseball club.
Moore, a native of Spokane, Washington, graduated from Washington State with a bachelor's degree in sport management and a minor in business. He is pursuing his master of business administration from Averett.
