Brandon Allen joins the coaching staff as a student assistant coach after playing four seasons as a defensive lineman at Averett. Allen will help coach the defensive line in 2012.

Allen was selected as Averett’s representative on the 2011 USA South Conference All-Sportsmanship Team and received the team’s coveted T-52 Award as a senior. The Chesapeake, Va., native is currently finishing his degree in Business.
