Brandon Hailey joined the Averett University football program in July 2021 as the running backs coach.
A running back, Hailey played collegiately at Holmes Community College in Goodman, Mississippi, for two seasons before transferring to Cincinnati Christian University for his final two seasons. He also served as a student assistant coach working with linebackers and running backs at Cincinnati Christian for one season before the institution closed.
Hailey, who also attended Troy University, completed his bachelor's degree from Crown College in May 2021. The native of Memphis, Tennessee, is pursuing his master of business administration from Averett.
