2024: Appeared in six games on the offensive line.

2023: Started the first four games of the season on the offensive line before suffering a season-ending injury and earning a medical hardship waiver.

2022: Started all 10 games at left guard for the offensive line.

2021: Appeared in three games for the offensive line as a junior.

2020-21: Did not appear in a varsity game in the spring 2021 playing season ... Gained experience during fall intrasquad scrimmages and spring practices.

2019: Gained experience on the JV squad.

Personal: Son of A.J. Henderson and Pam Garland ... Earned his bachelor's degree in physical education from Averett in May 2024 and is pursuing his master's degree in business administration from Averett.
