Anthony Munoz joined the Averett University men's lacrosse program as an assistant coach in July 2022.
Munoz was a four-year member of the men's lacrosse program at Division II Walsh University. A midfielder, Munoz appeared in 38 games over four seasons, scoring seven goals with 36 ground balls. Off the field, he earned academic all-conference accolades.
In addition to his collegiate playing experience, Munoz served as a strength and conditioning intern at Walsh during the fall 2021 semester. He also coached high school travel lacrosse in 2019 and assisted with college prospect days.
A native of Warrenton, Virginia, Munoz earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Walsh in spring 2022. He is pursuing his master's degree from Averett.
