Henry Boyle joined the Averett University tennis program as an assistant coach for the men's and women's teams in January 2017.
A native of Ruislip, England, Boyle brings a wealth of coaching experience to Averett's tennis programs. Boyle served as a graduate assistant coach in August 2016 for the men's and women's tennis teams at Warner University, an NAIA school in Florida. He also has three summer stints working with Twin City Tennis Camps in Minnesota, as a coach, tournament director, coordinator and facility director from 2014-2016.
Boyle finished his collegiate playing career at NCAA Division II Chestnut Hill College, where he compiled a singles record of 24-10 and a doubles mark of 32-19. He also earned a spot on the 2015 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference All-Tournament Team and was an NCAA Regional finalist in 2015 and 2016. Previously, Boyle played at Division II Concord University from 2012-14.
Boyle played high school at the Sutton Tennis Academy.
Boyle graduated from Chestnut Hill in May 2016 with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is pursuing his master's of business administration from Averett.
