Madison Dulaney joined the Averett women's basketball staff as an assistant coach in July 2013.
A native of Kernersville, N.C., Dulaney played four years at Randolph-Macon College, where she was a co-captain during her junior and senior seasons. Dulaney was a member of the Yellow Jackets' 2010-11 team that won the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Tournament championship.
Dulaney graduated from Randolph-Macon in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in communication studies with a minor in physics. She was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa, Sigma Pi Sigma and Lambda Pi Eta honor societies.
In addition to her playing career, Dulaney gained coaching experience through working basketball camps at Randolph-Macon and Appalachian State University. She also served as an AAU coach for the Winston-Salem Stealers from 2006-2009. Delaney additionally gained experience through serving as the co-tournament director for the Battle at the Brock Tournament hosted by Macon Hoops and with an internship with Basketball Elite, where she covered the North Carolina and Virginia state high school playoffs.
Dulaney currently is working on her master's of business administration from Averett.
