Women's basketball senior Brooke Carthon was selected as the USA South Conference's Player of the Week on Dec. 9. The native of Atlanta, Georgia, notched game-highs of 25 points and six assists with no turnovers in an 80-74 home win over USA South foe Mary Baldwin University in the team's lone game last week. Carthon also added seven rebounds, two blocks and one steal in the victory.
