Women's basketball junior Camryn Lunsford was named the USA South Conference Player of the Week on Feb. 1. The guard from Apex, North Carolina, averaged 18.5 points, 5.0 steals, 4.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game as the Cougars swept two games from USA South rival Methodist on back-to-back days. In a 58-42 road win Friday, Lunsford totaled 16 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals. In a 60-48 home victory Saturday, Lunsford posted 21 points, a career-high eight steals, four assists and two rebounds.
