Men's golf senior Michael Allen earned medalist honors by winning the Central Carolina Community College Cougar Classic hosted at Quail Ridge Golf Course. Allen shot a 1-over-par 73 for the second consecutive day to finish at 2-over for the tournament for his first collegiate win. For Allen, his two-day total of 146 is his lowest 36-hole score during his career, beating his old mark of 148 at the 2019 VSGA Intercollegiate. The win was his second top-10 finish and ninth top-25 finish of his career.
