The Averett University softball team finally returns to action with a road doubleheader at Guilford College on Sunday, beginning at 1 p.m.

Averett (3-0-1) last played on Feb. 13 against Salem College. The Cougars won the first game, then settled for a tie in the second game due to darkness.
