The Averett University men's basketball team faces conference foe LaGrange College Sunday at approximately 3 p.m. at the Grant Center, following the women's game.The game will be part of the second annual "Caring for Carrie" event to raise money for The V Foundation for Cancer Research. Jamie Valvano, daughter of legendary N.C. State coach Jim Valvano, will be the guest speaker at halftime of the men's game.
