The Averett University softball team makes its first conference road trip of the season when the Cougars travel to play N.C. Wesleyan College on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

Averett (7-8, 2-0 USA South) is coming off a sweep of Methodist University on Sunday.
