The Averett University softball team will play Ferrum College for the USA South Conference Tournament championship on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Shuford Softball Complex.

Averett (27-18) takes on Ferrum, which defeated Maryville College 3-2 on Saturday morning to advance out of the loser's bracket.
 
Live stats and a video broadcast will be available for the championship game. 

Averett knocked off Ferrum 10-4 on Friday in a battle of the final unbeaten teams left in the winner's bracket.
