  • The Series: Averett holds the all-time series advantage against LaGrange (11-2) having won nine out of the previous 10 meetings. LaGrange knocked off the Cougars 3-2 last year in LaGrange, Ga. to snap an 11 game loosing skid dating back to the 2006 season.
  • Averett at a Glance: The Cougars enter Saturday mornings showdown with the Panthers looking to erase a 4-0 loss to N.C. Wesleyan on Oct. 17 and losses to Methodist University and Berea College.  
  • LaGrange at a Glance: LaGrange makes the trek to Averett 4-2 in the month of October having beaten Huntingdon College, Mississippi University for Women, Berea College and Pfeiffer.
