The Series vs. McDaniel: This is the first ever meeting between both sides.
The Series vs. Greensboro: Saturday will mark the second time that these two sides will meet after the two teams competed against each other at the Virginia Duals last season. Greensboro edged Averett in that meeting, 24-23, as the dual was a back and forth affair.
Averett at a Glance: Averett comes off a home dual win over St. Andrews University with the Cougars scoring 27 team points compared to 17 for St. Andrews. The Cougars collected three major decisions and three technical falls to pace them to victory.
McDaniel at a Glance: The Green Terror's come into Saturday's dual on a two match skid as McDaniel fell to Ferrum College and Wilkes University.
Greensboro at a Glance: The Pride opened up the VBR Sports Southeast Duals with a win over the Pennsylvania School of Technology before dropping their next three duals to Messiah College, Wilkes and Otterbein University.
