Michael Allen had the low round for the Cougars, firing a 5-over-par 77 on the par-72 course.

Samuli Ahvenoja was one stroke back of Allen after carding a 6-over 78. Seniors

Victor Hole and sophomore
Jorgen Buskbjerg each shot an 82 for Averett, which finished a collective 31-over through the first 18 holes.
