MONTGOMERY, Ala. — The Averett University baseball team dropped its series finale 6-1 to Huntingdon College on Sunday in USA South action.
Huntingdon (6-1, 3-0 USA South) struck for three runs in the bottom half of the first inning to take a 3-0 advantage on Sunday off after junior

Brandon Hatcher led the charge offensively for the Cougars collecting two hits on the afternoon, while McKinney, junior

Averett returns to action on Wednesday when it travels to Harrisonburg, Virginia for a 3 p.m. battle with Eastern Mennonite University.
