2020-21 RECORD: 13-6 (5-2 USA South)
2021 OUTLOOK: Averett volleyball is coming off a USA South Conference East Division Tournament championship last spring in the shortened 2020-21 season. The Cougars return a bulk of the same lineup and enter the fall 2021 season as the East Division favorite following the release of the USA South's preseason poll. The Cougars will face several key non-conference tests early, which will benefit them entering the start of conference play. Averett will once again have its eyes on bringing home another trophy this season.
THEY SAID IT: "This is the exciting time of year as you get into the start of the season," head coach Danny Miller said. "I like what we have been doing in practice and want to see how we perform on the court. We have a great group and I have high expectations for this team as we develop and grow throughout the year."
