Averett (10-4, 4-1 USA South) picked up its lone point with an 8-6 win at No. 3 doubled by junior

Shori Nishizoe. Although losses, the Cougars also had tight matches at No. 1 and No. 2, but N.C. Wesleyan (20-3, 6-0 USA South) earned an 8-5 win and 8-4 victory at those respective spots.
N.C. Wesleyan won all six singles matches, but the Cougars had multiple close battles. Senior
