Averett University Athletics

Averett University was the first four-year University in Virginia to add a varsity esports program. Averett is a member of several conferences including the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE), Collegiate Starleague, TESPA and AVGL. 
 
Any full-time, traditional, undergraduate student is eligible to try out and must maintain a certain GPA, attend practices and keep up with study hours in order to remain on the team.

Averett Esports team members have the chance to compete in one or more of the following games:

•    CSGO
•    League of Legends
•    SMITE
