Averett University Athletics

Victor Chen joined the Averett University women's lacrosse program as an assistant coach in September 2024.

Chen brings more than 30 years of lacrosse experience as both a player and coach to Averett's program. Chen owns and operates the Virginia One Girls Lacrosse club based in Fairfax, Virginia. He has been on staff at Lake Braddock Secondary School, coached at numerous Northern Virginia high school and has served as a consultant to an international women’s team.
