Jaliyuah Giggetts joined the Averett University women’s basketball coaching staff in September 2025.
Giggetts previously served as a women’s basketball assistant coach at Patrick & Henry Community College from 2023-24 and at Virginia University of Lynchburg from 2022-23. She also served as VUL’s women’s volleyball strength and conditioning coach from 2022-23.
Outside of basketball, Giggetts has worked as a mental health technician with the Hughes Center since December 2020 and also is a certified personal trainer. She also owns Drastic Training, which is committed to delivering basketball training for youth.
Giggetts earned her associate degree in sports management from Harcum College in Philadelphia in May 2018.
