Football sophomore running back Dreylan Martin rushed for a career-high 162 yards and a touchdown in Averett's season-opening 34-14 road win over Apprentice School on Sept. 2. Martin ran 18 times, including two for 49 or more yards. He also caught one pass for 19 yards.
