The Averett University volleyball team opens USA South Conference play by playing host to Ferrum College at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Grant Center.

Averett (7-3) is coming off a 2-2 weekend at the Washington and Lee University Invitational. Ferrum (3-3) went 2-2 at the Roanoke College Invitational last weekend.
