The Averett University softball team returns home to play N.C. Wesleyan College in a 2 p.m. doubleheader on Wednesday at Cougar Field. The team will honor lone senior Amanda Wright prior to the game for Senior Day at 1:40 p.m.

Averett (11-17, 7-5 USA South) has won four in a row after sweeping Mary Baldwin University on Tuesday. N.C. Wesleyan (19-9, 9-3 USA South) swept Methodist University on Tuesday.
