Averett at a Glance:  Averett faces non-conference foe Lynchburg on Wednesday night. Averett had a two-game win streak snapped in a heartbreaking 74-71 home loss to Ferrum College on Monday. Averett junior Montre' Cash has opened the 2019-20 season much like he finished his sophomore campaign in 2018-19. Through his first seven games, Cash is averaging 16.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.4 assists. His 16.0 points per contest is the eighth highest average in the USA South entering Wednesday, and he is second in assists average. Averett senior Timothy Henry is tied for sixth among USA South players in free throw percentage this season.
