The Series: This will be just the third meeting between the teams, with the series being knotted up at 1-1 to this point.
Averett at a Glance: The Cougars are coming off back-to-back wins in non-conference play, including a thrilling 1-0 overtime victory over Hampden-Sydney on Wednesday night. This will be the first home game for Averett since the season opener on Aug. 30, which will also be the first USA South Conference of the year.
Berea at a Glance: The Mountaineers have lost two of their last three games, with a close win over Midway University but losses to Spalding University and Centre College. This will also be Berea's first conference game of the season.
