Men's lacrosse drops conference match against Pfeiffer

DANVILLE, Va. — The Averett University men's lacrosse program dropped an away conference match 25-4 against Pfeiffer University on Saturday afternoon on N.E. Lefko Field.
 
Averett (4-6, 0-5 USA South) saw goals from junior Tyler Moodie while junior Mike Michaud led the Cougars with two goals. Junior Parker Corbett, tallied an assist. 

Pfeiffer (7-1, 5-0) out scored the Cougars 12-1 in the first quarter. 
 
The Cougars are back in action when they host William Peace University, April 14, at 5 p.m.
